Our commitment

Lunora has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. These standards apply to everyone who uses the Services, including Connections (invites, requests, profiles, and related features). They sit alongside our Terms of Service. Lunora is for adults only (18+).

Child Safety

Lunora (a brand of LUNORA COSMOS PRIVATE LIMITED) strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our Services. This includes any content, conduct, or attempt to groom, solicit, sexually exploit, abuse, or endanger a minor — whether through profiles, Connections, messages, uploads, links, or any other feature.

We do not knowingly allow users under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, or is being used to target or exploit minors, we may delete the account and related data and take further action as described below.

How to report child-safety concerns

In the Lunora app — use Report this person, Report this insight, or Report this message, and choose the reason Child sexual abuse / exploitation when applicable. You may also block the person.
Email — support@lunora.me with subject “Child Safety Report” (our designated child-safety contact). Include what you saw, when, and any user or content identifiers you have.

How we respond to CSAM / CSAE

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on Lunora, we take appropriate action, which may include:

Removing the content and preserving records as required for investigation and legal compliance
Suspending or permanently banning the responsible account(s)
Disconnecting Connections and cancelling pending requests involving the account
Reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authority — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional authority — in accordance with applicable child-safety laws
Cooperating with lawful requests from law enforcement

Child-safety reports are prioritized. We aim to begin review as soon as practicable and, for in-app person reports, within 24 hours.

Child-safety point of contact

For CSAE / CSAM notifications (including from Google Play), child-safety escalation, and general support: support@lunora.me. Please mark child-safety emails with subject “Child Safety Report” so we can prioritize them.

What we prohibit

You may not use Lunora to do any of the following:

Harassment or bullying — unwanted contact, intimidation, stalking, or targeting someone to shame or distress them, including through bumps, connection requests, or a profile picture
Hate — attacks or demeaning content based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics
Threats and violence — threats of harm, encouragement of violence, or glorifying real-world harm
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) — including CSAM and any sexual content, grooming, or exploitation involving minors (zero tolerance). See Child Safety.
Sexual exploitation (adults) — non-consensual intimate imagery, or solicitation of sexual services
Impersonation — pretending to be someone else, or misrepresenting identity in a way that harms others
Spam and scams — unsolicited commercial messages, phishing, fraud, or deceptive schemes
Privacy violations — sharing someone else’s personal data (including birth details, phone numbers, private charts, or their photo) without a lawful right to do so
Profile pictures — explicit sexual imagery, a photo of a minor, or a photo of someone else that you do not have the right to share. We may reject an upload that fails this check
Illegal activity — using the Services to break the law or to facilitate illegal conduct

Reporting and blocking

In the app you can report this person when someone’s behavior violates these standards, and block this person to stop further connection requests and hide them from your circle. You can also report Lunora-generated insights and chat messages when the content itself feels harmful or inappropriate (report this insight / report this message).

We aim to review person reports within 24 hours and may remove content, disconnect accounts, suspend or ban users, or take other action we believe is appropriate. For child-safety concerns, also email support@lunora.me with subject “Child Safety Report”.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, we may:

Warn the account
Disconnect Connections or cancel pending requests
Suspend or permanently ban the account
Remove content and preserve evidence as required by law
Report illegal activity — including confirmed CSAM — to NCMEC and/or relevant regional authorities

We may act on our own review as well as on user reports.
