Privacy, consent, and product boundaries

Private questions deserve clear boundaries.

Saved profiles, questions about people, and accepted connections have distinct visibility rules. Astrology remains a reflective framework and never replaces qualified help.

01 · Account boundaries

Personal details should stay under your control.

Use accurate account information, protect access to your account, and add another person’s details only when you are permitted to use them.

02 · Questions and visibility

Asking about someone does not notify them.

Other users cannot see your private questions or answers. A mutual connection does not expose them either. The privacy policy explains how Lunora and its providers process data to deliver the service.

03 · Other people’s details

Use only information you are allowed to use.

A private saved profile does not automatically become a mutual connection. Delete and block controls apply where available. Underlying birth details are not displayed through the shared connection experience.

04 · Advice boundaries

Some situations need qualified help.

Lunora does not provide medical, mental-health, crisis, legal, or financial advice. It cannot establish another person’s motives or guarantee an outcome.

Questions

Useful answers before you try Lunora.

Can another person see my questions?

No. Private questions and answers are not visible to the person involved or to mutual connections.

Can someone see my birth details through a connection?

No. The shared experience displays generated relationship interpretation, not the underlying date, time, or place of birth.

What should I do in a crisis?

Use the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional. Lunora is not a crisis service.
